The heat exchange system comprises a first four-way reverse valve, a second four-way reverse valve, a first indoor heat exchanger, asecond indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, and a compressor with a first cylinder and a second cylinder. As joints of the first four-way reverse valve and the second four-way reverse valve are associated, refrigerants discharged from the compressor firstly enter the first four-way reverse valve, and then, enter the second four-way reverse valve through a pipeline or other part, whenrefrigeration and heating operation modes of the heat exchange system are switched, the joint communicating state of the first four-way reverse valve is firstly switched, then, the joint communicating state of the second four-way reverse valve is switched to smoothly and reliably realize switching of the operation modes of he heat exchange system, and the switching failure problem is prevented. Through gradient cooling and dehumidification treatment of indoor returned air, the operation energy efficiency of the system is improved under the condition of guaranteeing the refrigerating capacityand the dehumidifying capacity of the system.
