Embodiment Construction

[0019] The inventors identified microbial markers based on the analysis of sequencing results of sputum samples from a total of 55 tuberculosis drug-sensitive (drug sensitivity, DS) and 66 tuberculosis drug-resistant (drug resistant, DR) patients. Among the 66 drug-resistant patients, there were 23 isoniazid-resistant patients, 3 rifampicin-resistant patients, 11 multidrug-resistant patients, and 29 multidrug-resistant patients.

[0020] The distribution of microorganisms in the population is shown in Tables 1-4:

[0021] Table 1 Relative abundance of different bacterial genera in isoniazid-resistant (MR-INH) and drug-sensitive (DS) groups

[0022]

[0023] Through the comparative analysis of the microbial abundance of the sputum samples of tuberculosis isoniazid-resistant individuals and tuberculosis drug-susceptible individuals, the genera Leptotrichia, Granulicatella, and Campylobacter in tuberculosis Sputum samples from isoniazid-resistant individuals were significantl...

Abstract

The present invention discloses a microbial marker used for diagnosis of tuberculosis drug resistance. The microbial marker is a sputum microbial marker, including at least one of leptotrica, granulicatella, campylobacter, delftia, kingella, ralstonia, chlamydophila and bordellella. The present invention provides the biomarker for the rapid diagnosis of tuberculosis drug resistance types. Based onanalysis of sputum microecology of individuals with the different types of the tuberculosis drug resistance, the microbial marker provides new ideas for treatment of the tuberculosis drug resistancefrom a perspective of balancing upper respiratory tract microorganisms.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of microbiology medicine, in particular to a microbial marker for tuberculosis drug resistance diagnosis and its application. Background technique [0002] Every year, 9.4 million people in the world are infected with tuberculosis (TB), and more than 1.3 million people die from tuberculosis. Tuberculosis has become a major health concern worldwide. An epidemiological model estimates that without adequate treatment and prevention measures, tuberculosis will infect 225 million people and kill 79 million between 1998 and 2030. As the prevalence of drug-resistant TB strains complicates disease control, studies estimate that primary drug-resistant TB is three times more common than acquired drug-resistant TB. The prevalence of drug-resistant tuberculosis is closely related to the incidence and mortality of tuberculosis, and is the leading cause of death among tuberculosis patients. Early detection and timely standardize...
