The system comprises a low-pressure hydraulic pump and a high-pressure hydraulic pump, the hydraulic pressure generated by the low-pressure hydraulic pump can be conveyed to alow-pressure part through a low-pressure pipeline, and the hydraulic pressure generated by the high-pressure hydraulic pump can be conveyed toa high-pressure part through a high-pressure pipeline; the low-pressure hydraulic pump and the high-pressure hydraulic pump are driven by a driving shaft, an energy accumulator for storing the oil liquid generated by the high-pressure hydraulic pump is arranged on the high-pressure pipeline, and a bypass is connected between the high-pressure pipeline and the low-pressure pipeline; a switching valve is arranged on the bypass, when the energy storage value of the energy accumulator is lower than a preset value, the switching valve is in a closed state, and the hydraulic pressure generated by the high-pressure hydraulic pump is conveyed to the high-pressure part through the high-pressure pipeline, and when the energy storage value of the energy accumulator is higher than the preset value, the switching valve is in an open state, and the hydraulic pressure generated by the high-pressure hydraulic pump is conveyed to the low-pressure part sequentially through the bypass and the low-pressure pipeline.
