A waste heat utilizing hot-blast stove comprises the following parts: a stove chamber, wherein an air inlet and an air return port are formed in the side face, an in-stove-chamber air inlet is formedin the bottom of the inner side, and an in-stove-chamber air return port is formed in the top of the inner side; a heat storage chamber that is arranged on the side face of the stove chamber, whereinan air inlet is formed in the top, an air outlet is formed in the bottom and communicated with the air inlet of the stove chamber, and an exhaust pipe is further arranged; a water storage tank that isused for waste heat recovery and arranged on the side face of the stove chamber and the front face of the heat storage chamber, and the exhaust pipe penetrates through the axis of the water storage tank; a burner that is used for heating the heat storage chamber and is arranged on the outer side surface of the heat storage chamber; a high-temperature circulating fan that is arranged at the top ofthe heat storage chamber, wherein a first end is communicated with the heat storage chamber air inlet, and a second end is communicated with the stove chamber air return port.
