After the switch is closed, the fan motor rotates and the projection bulb is electrified to generate low light. After the AC voltage is converted and rectified, the outputted DC voltage charges the second capacitor. When the second capacitor is charged to the thyristor conduction voltage value, the thyristor is turned on, the relay is closed and the relay switch is closed so that the second resistor is short-circuited and the projection bulb is fully lit.
