Abstract

The invention discloses a steam wet-type self-condensation device and method for a desulfurization wastewater zero-discharge system. According to the invention, negative-pressure tail steam from multi-effect flash separation equipment enters a tube pass of a wet air cooler for cooling, and the wet air cooler cools a heat exchange tube through self-circulating spray water and condensed water discharged by a condensed water pump; mechanical forced ventilation is adopted for heat exchange, and condensed water is discharged from an outlet of the wet-type air cooler and flows downwards into a condensed water tank; when the condensed water collected in the condensed water tank reaches a certain liquid level, the condensed water can be discharged as supplementary water by the condensed water discharge pump to the wet air cooler for heat exchange, and part of the condensed water can also be discharged to each water consumption point; a vacuum pump exhausts air and incompletely condensed watervapor in the condensation water tank, and a negative pressure working condition in the condensation water tank is maintained, so the negative pressure working condition is provided for the wet type air cooler and a multi-effect flash evaporation separation system. The device and method of the invention has the advantages that circulating cooling water does not need to be introduced from the outside, and low-energy-consumption stable operation can be achieved at different environment temperatures.
