Problems solved by technology

The proportion of the superconducting layer in the total thickness of the magnet is relatively low. In order to achieve a high magnetic field, the mass and volume of the coil are larger, more space is required, and the power density is lower; on the other hand, due to the internal The transition layer is generally oxide, so the thermal conductivity is poor, the cooling time of the coil is longer, and the thermal stability of the coil during operation is also poor.
Complex multilayer structure results in poor mechanical stability under thermal and electromagnetic stress

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The method for stacking superconducting magnets with delaminated superconducting strips proposed by the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0018] (1) using physical or chemical methods to delaminate the superconducting tape, so that the superconducting layer and the transition layer in the superconducting tape are detached, and the delaminated superconducting tape consisting of a superconducting layer and a protective layer is obtained;

[0019] The current commercial superconducting tape is generally a second-generation high-temperature superconducting coated conductor, which is a multi-layer coating structure, such as figure 1 As shown, the superconducting tape 101 is mainly composed of the following parts: a protective layer 102 , a superconducting layer 103 , a transition layer 105 and a metal substrate 104 . Among them, the metal substrate provides a biaxially textured growth template for the preparation of the superconducting layer, and improves th...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for stacking a superconducting magnet by using delaminated superconducting tapes, and belongs to the technical field of superconducting magnet application. The methodcomprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out delaminating treatment on a superconducting tape by using a physical or chemical method to make a superconducting layer and a transition layer inthe superconducting tape separated to obtain delaminated superconducting taped; cutting the delaminated superconducting tapes through a mechanical cutting, linear cutting or laser cutting method to obtain the delaminated superconducting tapes in consistent size and shape; sequentially stacking the delaminated superconducting tapes in the normal direction of the surfaced of the tapes in a manner that the superconducting surfaces are opposite, face to face or in the same direction, and then, putting the stacked superconducting tapes into a container for pressing to obtain a superconducting magnet primary product; carrying out dipping and curing treatment on the pressed superconducting magnet primary product; and carrying out magnetization treatment on the superconducting magnet primary product to obtain the superconducting magnet. The superconducting magnet prepared by the method disclosed by the invention can well overcome strong stress impact and relatively high heat generated in a high-temperature superconductor in the magnetization process, so that the superconducting magnet has relatively high thermal stability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for stacking superconducting magnets by using delaminated superconducting strips, and belongs to the technical field of superconducting magnet applications. Background technique [0002] High-temperature superconducting coated conductors have high critical current and good mechanical properties, and have broad application prospects in high-energy-density electric energy equipment, so they have attracted widespread attention at home and abroad. The second-generation high-temperature superconducting coated conductor is a multi-layer coating structure, which is mainly composed of the following parts: silver protective layer, superconducting layer, transition layer (also called buffer layer), and metal substrate. Among them, the metal substrate provides a biaxially textured growth template for the preparation of the superconducting layer, and at the same time improves the mechanical strength and corrosion resistance of the...
