Abstract

The IL-6 regulates expression of TSLP by a JAK / STAT signal path, and the TSLP can promote infiltration of macrophages to intervertebral disc tissue by inducing expression increase of monoeyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) so as to promote the re-absorption process of the intervertebral disc tissue.
