The short-circuiting device comprises a switch and two connection buses, wherein the connection bus at the electricity-in end of the switch extends from one side of the switch towards an electricity-in bus of the upstream electrolytic cell, the connection bus at the electricity-out end of the switch extends from the other side of the switch towards an electricity-in bus of the downstream electrolytic cell, the two connection buses are in electric connection with the corresponding electricity-in buses through pressing-connection plates, the side surfaces of the two connection buses are provided with a support plate beam, the support plate beam isin insulated connection with the connection buses, the two ends of the support plate beam are provided with cantilever beams correspondingly, one ends of the cantilever beams are rotatably connectedwith the support plate beam through rotating shafts, the other ends of the cantilever beams extend towards the electricity-in buses, and fixing frames for supporting the pressing-connection plates arearranged at the extending ends of the cantilever beams; and a first regulator for driving the corresponding cantilever beam to rotate around the corresponding rotating shaft is connected between eachcantilever beam and the support plate beam, and the pressing-connection plates are arranged on the fixing frames in an insulated mode and are electrically connected with the electricity-in buses through bus flexible connection parts.
