The distance measuring method comprises the following steps of: emitting pulse detection light to irradiate a detection field of view of the time-of-flight sensor; receiving reflected light reflected by a measured object, and generating inductive charges corresponding to the energy of the reflected light, the reflected light including pulse reflected light after the measured object reflects the pulse detection light and ambient light; accumulating inductive charges in a first charge accumulation window and a second charge accumulation window which are continuous in sequence; accumulating inductive charges generated by the ambient light within a third charge accumulation window, thethird charge accumulation window being in front of the first charge accumulation window or behind the second charge accumulation window and having a time interval; and performing calculating accordingto the charge quantities respectively obtained by the first charge accumulation window, the second charge accumulation window and the third charge accumulation window to obtain the distance information of the measured object.
