The invention belongs to the field of liquefied natural gas vaporization. Compared with a traditional fin pipe, the heatexchange pipe is characterized by comprising inner fins and outer fins, the heat exchange area is greatly increased through the outer fins, the heat exchange area is increased, the disturbance of fluid in the pipe is enhanced and the heat exchange efficiency is greatly improved through the inner fins, and compared with national existing heat exchange pipes, the heat exchange area is increased by33.0%, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved by 45.5%.
