Abstract

The present invention provides a portable vibration excitation system for simulating rail operation. The system comprises a stepping motor, a reduction gearbox, a support, a clamping apparatus and a vibration exciter. A vibration excitation apparatus is fixed on a to-be-tested rail by using the clamping apparatus. The stepping motor on the support averagely outputs power to two output shafts of the reduction gearbox by using the reduction gearbox. A single-tooth gear is installed at an end of each output shaft. The single-tooth gear continuously rotates to engage with teeth on a vibration excitation pole. The vibration excitation pole of the vibration excitation apparatus is driven to move upwards, and the vibration excitation pole is restored under action of a spring force, to impact theto-be-tested rail. A rotational speed of the stepping motor can be adjusted by using a controller, to implement different vibration excitation frequencies, and an impact force can be implemented by using a pre-compression amount of an adjusting spring. Advantages of the present invention are: a structure is compact and portable, an installation and using method is simple, reliability is high, on-site adjustment is convenient, and rail vibration excitation signals of different working conditions can be simulated.
