The time synchronization method is used for completing a time synchronization process when a master device and a slave device interact, and comprises the following steps: in response to a synchronization request, obtaining the time of completing atleast one synchronization operation when the master device and the slave device interact, wherein the at least one synchronization operation forms a time synchronization process together; and performing calculating according to the time to obtain the time deviation of the master device and the slave device in one time of time synchronization process. According to the time synchronization method,the time deviation in the time synchronization process is obtained according to the interaction time of the master device and the slave devices, the time of the slave devices is adjusted through the time deviation, and therefore it is guaranteed that the time of the multiple slave devices is consistent with that of the master device, and the system load is reduced. In addition, error accumulationcaused by deviation of the clock crystal is reduced through continuous calibration of the slave device.
