The clothing comprises reflected light printings located in at least a partof regions of a clothing fabric and photochromic printings located in at least a part of regions of the clothing fabric. The production method of the clothing comprises the steps that through a reflected light pattern screen, reflected light ink is printed on the fabric in a dresser-line mode; through a photochromic printing screen, photochromic ink is printed on the fabric in a dresser-line mode;and drying and curing are performed through a dryer. Through the clothing and the production method thereof, the clothing has the functions that the reflected light printings give a safety prompt through reflected light at night or on a dark day, and the photochromic printings give an ultraviolet color change prompt through sun illumination or visible light illumination on daytime, therefore, theall-weather prompting protection function is achieved, and the all-weather protection function with the ultraviolet prompt on daytime and the reflected light safety prompt at night is achieved by thesame clothing.
