Abstract

The invention reduces the influence of the high magnetic field generated by the superconducting magnet on the cooling of the superconducting magnet. The superconducting magnet cooling device (100) of the present invention includes: a superconducting magnet (102), a high magnetic field region (106) that generates a high magnetic field of 0.8 T or more and 4.5 T or less around the superconducting magnet; and a pulse tube refrigerator (10) A cooling table (18) used as a cooling source for the superconducting magnet (102) and a regenerator (22) fixedly arranged adjacent to the cooling table (18) and having a magnetic cold storage material (23) are provided.
