Abstract

The invention relates to a catheter guide wire propelling device of an interventional surgical robot. The device comprises a shell, the bottom of the shell is provided with an opening, a mounting space is formed in the shell, and the top of the shell is magnetically connected to a sterile box; a guide wire driving mechanism, a catheter driving mechanism and a detection mechanism are all connectedinto the mounting space and are all electrically connected to a controller; a detection rod of the detection mechanism can extend out of the top of the shell, and the extending amount of the detectionrod is changed through the opening and closing states of an upper cover of the sterile box; and the controller controls the guide wire driving mechanism to drive a guide wire driving assembly in thesterile box to propel and rotate the guide wire according to an extension amount signal of the detection rod, and the catheter driving mechanism drives a catheter driving assembly to propel the catheter. The controller controls the guide wire driving mechanism and the catheter driving mechanism to push the guide wire and the catheter to enter specified positions in the body of the patient, so thatthe aim of simultaneously controlling the catheter and the guide wire is achieved. The guide wire is prevented from slipping. The device is compact in structure, small in size, good in mechanical structure stability and capable of meeting the use requirements of interventional operation.
