Abstract

The invention relates to a reference source circuit, a chip, a power supply and electronic equipment. The circuit comprises a first current generation unit which is used for generating first current,a reference voltage generation unit which is electrically connected with the first current generation unit and used for generating band-gap reference voltage by utilizing the first current, and a reference current generation unit which is electrically connected with the first current generation unit and the reference voltage generation unit and used for generating band-gap reference current by utilizing the first current. According to the invention, through the circuit, the band-gap reference voltage and the band-gap reference current can be generated in one reference source circuit; the firstcurrent generation unit is multiplexed, so that high-gain and double-loop simultaneous work can be realized, and the cost can be saved; and compared with the design of two independent reference sources in related technologies, the circuit can save the chip area.
