Abstract

The invention aims to provide a plastic product spraying method. The plastic product spraying method comprises the steps of (A) annealing treatment: plastic products are heated to 50-70 DEG C and maintained by 1.5-3 hours; (B) destressing treatment and cleaning: the plastic products are destressed and cleaned by adopting solvents; (C) static electricity removing treatment: a plasma fan is adoptedto continuously blow air by 10-20 minutes; (D) spraying treatment: a spraying gun is used for primary spraying of the surfaces of the plastic products, and the plastic products are stood at normal temperature by 20-30 minutes after primary spraying; and then, the spraying gun is used for secondary spraying of the surfaces of the plastic products, and the plastic products are stood at normal temperature by 20-30 minutes after secondary spraying; and (E) drying treatment: the sprayed plastic products are dried. The spraying method overcomes the defects in the prior art, and has the characteristics of simple steps and capability of greatly improving the electrostatic performance and the corrosion resistance.
