The video image processing unit specifically comprises a power supply control panel, an image fusion module, an electronic image stabilization module, an enhancement and fog penetration module and a signal superposition module; wherein the image fusion module can be divided into front view image fusion and panoramic image fusion, and the three-dimensional display helmet specifically comprises penetration type glasses. The image processing system has the beneficial effects that the problem of three-dimensional video distortion is solved byutilizing a mode of combining 2D images collected by front view and panoramic videos and binocular stereoscopic 3D images; and meanwhile, the defect of unstable display of a 3D video in movement is overcome by adopting a three-dimensional helmet, head steering detection and steering angle tracking.
