The invention, which relates to the technical field of simulation, discloses an information acquisition system and method. The system comprises a lower computer, an upper computer and an interface module, wherein the upper computer and the interface module are in communication connection with the lower computer. During application, a control surface information acquisition model comprising at least one sub-model for acquiring control surface information data by the lower computer is established by the upper computer. And the upper computer is also used for respectively inputting configurationinformation containing the operating system information of the lower computer into each sub-model. Meanwhile, the upper computer can compile the sub-models into execution files capable of being executed by the lower computer and send the execution files to the lower computer, and the lower computer collects control surface information data of the aircraft through the interface module according tothe sub-models in the execution files and feeds back the collected data to the upper computer. Compared with the prior art, the disclosed information acquisition system not only can realize acquisition of control surface information data but also can be used as a real-time simulation platform of an airplane; and the acquired control surface information data can be directly used for real-time simulation of a closed loop of the airplane.
