Abstract

The invention provides SiC foamed ceramic, a heat exchange tube based on the SiC foamed ceramic and an engine cooling protection device. The heat exchange tube based the foamed ceramic is prepared from a SiC foamed ceramic material, and the SiC foamed ceramic material is SiC foam of an open-cell three-dimensional honeycomb network structure.
