The microprocessor is used for determining control current of the linear electromagnet valve according to temperature data and current data whenit is judged according to the received temperature data that the linear electromagnet valve needs to be controlled; the temperature sampling modules are used for collecting coolant temperature of thedriving motor and coolant temperature of the power generator; the current sampling module is used for collecting actual current of the linear electromagnet valve; and the electromagnet driving moduleis used for controlling the opening degree of the linear electromagnet valve according to the received control current.
