According to the device, when the terahertz laser device works, a working substance enters a high-temperature cavity and is heated to a first preset temperature; the heated working substance enters a radiation cavity and is cooled to generate terahertz radiation; the terahertz radiation is cooperated through a resonance cavity to form terahertz laser; and the wavelength and power control system adjusts the temperature of the high-temperature heat source and the distance between a high reflectorand a partial reflector according to the temperature signal of the temperature difference control system to control the output frequency of the terahertz laser. The terahertz laser device provided bythe invention is small in size, high in energy conversion efficiency, low in manufacturing cost, large in tuning range, high in output power and simple to operate.
