Abstract

A heating apparatus and a cooking apparatus including the same are disclosed. The disclosed invention comprises: a housing having an accommodation space formed therein and an opened upper part; a container, which is inserted into the accommodation space inside the housing, and has an opened upper part and a space formed therein for accommodating fluid; a heating part for heating the fluid accommodated inside the container; and a cover for covering the opened upper part of the housing, wherein the cover includes a cover main body part, which is provided to have a length extending in the longitudinal direction and a width extending in the horizontal direction, is provided at the housing so as to be rotatable between an opening position at which the opened upper part of the housing is openedand a closing position at which the opened upper part of the housing is closed, and covers the opened upper part of the container at the closing position so as to seal the container.
