Abstract

The equipment includes a base, one side of the base is fixedly connected with an external frame; a mounting hole is formed in the top of the external frame; an inner cavity of the mounting hole is fixedly connected with an air cylinder; an output end of the air cylinder is slidably sleevedwith a telescopic rod, a bottom end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with a connecting block, a bottom of the connecting block is fixedly connected with a pressing plate, first clamping grooves are symmetrically formed in two sides of the pressing plate, extension assemblies are arranged in inner cavities of the first clamping grooves, second clamping grooves are symmetrically formed intwo sides of the pressing plate, and widening assemblies are arranged in inner cavities of the second clamping grooves. By means of the arrangement of the base and the pressing plate, an unfolded paperboard is placed on the base, a switch of the air cylinder is turned on, the air cylinder drives the pressing plate to move downwards through the telescopic rod to press a carton, a worker bends the paperboard upwards along a side of the pressing plate, folds are formed on the paperboard, subsequent folding work is facilitated, and the equipment is simple in structure and low in cost.
