The comprehensive pipe rack is disposed below the rammed earth layer and comprises a bottom wall, a top wall and two side walls which are connected with the bottom wall and the top wall, whereinthe side walls include the upper side wall and the lower side wall; and a cushion is further disposed below the bottom wall.
