Abstract

The bottom plate water pumping and back flushing port is formed in the outer side of the underground building and makes contact with underground and periphery water bodies. The basement top plate active water pumping port and the bottom plate water pumping and back flushing port are connected and are in communication through a pipeline embedded in the underground building. A top plate of the underground building is provided with water pumping equipment. A water inlet of the water pumping equipment is connected with the basement top plate active water pumping port. The water pumping equipment pumps and transfers water below a basement bottom plate to a rainwater collecting system or a standby pond and a municipal administration rainwater pipe net above the basement top plate.
