The unwinding mechanism comprises a support, a rotating shaft and a damping mechanism, wherein one end of the rotating shaft is in transmission connection with an unwinding drum, the rotating shaft penetrates through the support and can rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft, the damping mechanism comprises an elastic piece, a stop piece, a static friction plate and a dynamic friction plate, the static friction plate is fixedly arranged on the support and opposite to the dynamic friction plate, the dynamic friction plate is slidably arranged on the rotating shaft in the axis direction of the rotating shaft, the dynamic friction plate and the stop piece are in transmission connection with the rotating shaft, the elastic piece abuts against the position between the dynamic friction plate and the stop piece so as to apply pressure to the dynamic friction plate, then the dynamic friction plate abuts against the static friction plate, and the two ends of the elastic piece are in transmission connection with the dynamic friction plate and the stop piece correspondingly so that the elastic piece can rotate alongwith the rotating shaft.
