Abstract

The invention provides a true triaxial hydraulic fracturing experiment device with a CT real-time scanning. The true triaxial hydraulic fracturing experiment device comprises a true triaxial pressurechamber, a support, a loading device, a pumping pressure system, a CT scanning system and a control/monitoring device. The true triaxial pressure chamber comprises a cover plate and a cylinder body. The support comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and stand columns, and the devices located in the CT scanning area are all made of carbon fiber materials. The loading device comprises an axial pressure loading device, a lateral pressure loading device and a confining pressure loading device and is used for providing axial pressure, lateral pressure and confining pressure required by an experiment. The pumping device comprises an injection pump and a fracturing pipe to control the water pressure required by the experiment. The CT scanning device comprises a CT radioactive source and a CT detector and is used for observing the internal change of the test piece in real time. The monitoring/control device comprises an acoustic emission sensor, a micro-seismic sensor and a fluid pressure sensor. Besides, the invention further discloses an experiment method. Real-time matching of hydraulic fracturing and CT scanning under true triaxial stress is achieved. The experiment method has importantsignificance in researching conditions such as fracture development and form of the test piece, and guidance is provided for engineering practice.
