The device comprises a true triaxial pressure chamber, a bracket,a loading device, a water supply device, a CT scanning system, and a control / monitoring device, wherein the true triaxial pressure chamber comprises a cover plate and a barrel body; the bracket comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and a stand column; the devices located in a CT scanning area are made of carbon fiber materials; the loading device comprises an axial pressure, lateral pressure andconfining pressure loading device, and provides an axial pressure, a lateral pressure and a confining pressure required by an experiment; the water supply device controls water passing through a coalbody and obtains the discharged water flow to study the change in permeability; the CT scanning device comprises a CT radioactive source and a CT detector to observe the internal changes of the specimen in real time.
