Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to medical use of hyperin in relieving of human aortic endothelial cell injury. The invention discloses applicationof the hyperin in preparation of drugs for preventing and treating the human aortic endothelial cell injury through independent use or combined use with other drugs. Experiments prove that the hyperinin each dose group is capable of relieving the injury of ox-LDL-induced HAECs and has concentration dependence, so that the hyperin is capable of protecting the injury of the ox-LDL-induced HAECs invitro, and the effects of the hyperin are optimal at two concentrations of 1umol / L and 10umol / L. The application range of the hyperin is broadened; by researching application of the hyperin in the protection drugs for the human aortic endothelial cell injury induced by oxidized low-density lipoprotein and further exploring biological activity of the hyperin, fundamental foundations and experimental evidences are provided for the prevention and treatment of human aortic endothelial cell injury diseases; and the hyperin is wide in source, safe in use and low in cost and has relatively wide application prospects.
