The dehumidification control system comprises an indoor heat exchanger, a first one-way electromagnetic valve, an outdoor heat exchanger, a second throttling valve set, a second one-way electromagnetic valve, an air conditioner compressor, a four-way valve, a controller and a silicon controlled rectifier, wherein theindoor heat exchanger further comprises a first indoor heat exchanger body, a second indoor heat exchanger body and a first throttling valve used for throttling, and the controller is used for controlling the air conditioner to enter different dehumidification modes and detecting the indoor environment temperature; and the rotating speed of an outdoor fan is adjusted according to the indoor environment temperature, so that the coil pipe temperature of the indoor heat exchanger correspondingly meets preset user comfort conditions under the different dehumidification modes. The embodiment of theinvention further provides the air conditioner, the purposes of dehumidification and but not cooling are achieved, and the multiple different dehumidification modes can be set to meet different use environments.
