Abstract

The invention provides an IPIX radar echo data time-frequency analysis method and system. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, calculating an optimal rotation order of a signal; processing the signal through an STFrFT method, and calculating the short-time fractional Fourier transform of the signal under the optimal rotation order; calculating the instantaneous frequency of the STFrFT time-frequency spectrum; and then constructing a synchronous extraction operator SEO based on the processing result of the STFrFT by using SET technology, and synchronously extracting the STFrFTtime-frequency spectrum to obtain time-frequency distribution with high aggregation degree. The method has the beneficial effects that: the signal instantaneous frequency is estimated more accurately,time-frequency distribution with a high aggregation degree is obtained, a frequency curve generated by target movement is obtained more precisely, and a moving target and sea clutter are differentiated and distinguished; the method is novel in algorithm and good in effect, meets the requirements of scientific analysis and research, and has positive significance for radar target recognition research and non-stationary signal research.
