The device comprises a bottom plate and an outer frame; water seepage columns arewelded onto the bottom plate at two sides of a cutter head; six electric telescopic rods are welded to the edge of the upper surface of the bottom plate and a support is welded to the top end of eachelectric telescopic rod; the outer frame is welded between the supports; holes are formed in positions, corresponding to the cutter head and the water seepage columns, on the lower surface of the outer frame; two fixing frames are welded to the middle part of each of two sides of the periphery of the outer frame; a bearing is in sleeved connection with the interiors of the fixing frames; and an inner threaded pipe is in sleeved connection with the interior of each bearing. By installing the bottom plate, the cutter head and the water seepage columns, when the quick and uniform thawing device is used in coordination the outer frame and a top frame, a meat block is cut and steam is introduced, and the meat block is uniformly heated for being thawed, and thus, the situations that employed drive rollers reversely move and water is difficult to discharge in the prior art are prevented, and accordingly, subsequent smashing of the meat block is facilitated while defrosting of the meat block is enhanced.
