The edible rice straw is prepared by taking rice, cassava and sweet potatoes as raw materials through a puffing process, and is a naturalstraw which can be directly eaten. When meeting water, the straw can be freely bent, does not influence food taking and beverage drinking, and has better edible mouthfeel.
