The resectoscope further comprises a sealing piece, wherein the sealing piece is installed at the joint of the inner sheath and the handle assembly, and the sealing piece is provided with an endoscope hole through whichthe endoscope can penetrate and a rod hole through which the electrode assembly can penetrate; a cutting groove is further formed in the sealing piece and communicates with the rod hole and the edgeof the sealing piece.
