The BM interlocking building blocks of the constructional column and main building blocks of the masonry wall are masonedin a manner that the building blocks on the upper and lower layers are staggered in joint and rafts are pressed. The invention further provides a straining beam of the BM interlocking building blocksand a construction method of the BM interlocking building block constructional column and the straining beam.
