Abstract

The invention discloses a sperm morphology detection method and device based on an image technology, and relates to the computer vision field. A specific embodiment of the method comprises the following steps: identifying any one independent sperm in a to-be-detected sperm image; obtaining contours of key parts of the independent sperms; determining the central coordinates of the key parts of theindependent sperms according to the contours of the key parts of the independent sperms; based on the to-be-detected semen image and the central coordinates of the key parts of the independent sperms,extracting the contours of the independent sperms; and performing morphological detection on the independent sperms according to the contours of the independent sperms. According to the embodiment, the sperm detection efficiency is improved.
