The InDel marker is located in the insertion or deletion sequence TNNN between the 103rd and 104th bases from the 5' end of the sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.1, where NNN represents the unknown base and the number of bases. Using the development method of the present invention to creatively screen InDels from differentially expressed genes and associate them with traits, a molecular marker SNP441 associated with traits is developed.
