The irrigation pipeline adopts a subsurface drip irrigation manner, the water consumption is low, recycling is realized, and the utilization rate of the water is high. The control unit controls the cycling irrigation process to cycle in five operating states, human intervention is needed only for addition, and other operating states can be performed automatically. People do not need to be on duty, and the cycling water-saving irrigation equipment is worry-saving and effortless. The cycling water-saving irrigationequipment can sufficiently utilize natural precipitation. The precipitation is guided into a first part of a first water tank through a rainwater pipe for storage, and the evaporation amount is low.
