The air tank, the rotation driving mechanism, the crank-link mechanisms, the piston motion mechanisms, the air inlet mechanism, the air exhaust mechanism, the flexible connecting part and the power supply are arranged on the movingmechanism; the output end of the rotation driving mechanism is connected with the input ends of the crank-link mechanisms; the output ends of the crank-link mechanisms are connected with the input ends of the piston motion mechanisms; structures formed by the pair of crank-link mechanisms and the piston motion mechanisms are arranged face to face; the air inlet mechanism and the air exhaust mechanism are respectively arranged on two sides of the pair of piston motion mechanisms; the output end of the exhaust mechanism communicates with the inner part of the air tank; and two ends of the flexible connecting parts are abutted against the end parts of the pair of piston motion mechanisms.
