The invention designs a special marrow nail for patella fracture; after a nail body passes through a patella, except the first threading hole and the second threading hole at two ends of the intramedullary rod, the remaining middle part stays in the patella, and the first break-off groove and the secondbreak-off groove are utilized to break off and separate parts respectively connected with the two ends of the intramedullary rod; the intramedullary rod fixes a fracture position by making multiple auxiliary steel wires thread through the first threading hole and the second threading hole, so that the fracture is stable and reliable to fix, and the technical problems that a slender rod connectedwith a top end of an intramedullary nail in the prior art is bent to form a ring to thread the auxiliary steel wires, and the ring formed by bending has poor closure, and has a gap, so that the auxiliary steel wires are prone to slip off are relieved.
