Abstract

The overturning type elevator hydraulic system based on loading opening independent control comprises an oil tank, a metering pump, a first overflow valve, an oil supply valve group, a hydraulic lock valve group, a sequence valve group and an executing mechanism, wherein the oil tankis used for storing the hydraulic oil required by the hydraulic system; the metering pump is used for providing hydraulic oil at a constant flow rate for the hydraulic system; the first overflow valveis used for enabling the hydraulic system to realize overflow at a constant pressure; the oil supply valve group is used for supplying oil for the hydraulic system, and controlling the executing mechanism to move; the hydraulic lock valve group is used for closing an oil channel; the sequence valve group is used for controlling the sequence of extending and contracting of the executing mechanism;and the executing mechanism comprises a valve hydraulic cylinder, a lock bolt hydraulic cylinder, an overturning hydraulic cylinder, a hoisting touch spring cylinder, an induction lock bolt spring cylinder and a top drive discharging spring cylinder.
