Abstract

The invention discloses a visual inspection method for underwater culvert inner wall image defects. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an underwater culvert defect image by shooting via an image sensor, the detection of the underwater culvert defect image being divided into image preprocessing, image coarse extraction and image accurate extraction; to be specific, carrying out dodging processing and image enhancement preprocessing operation on an image, and dividing a preprocessed defect image into non-overlapping image blocks with the same size; forming a gray feature space of the defect image by utilizing gray features of the image blocks, and realizing coarse extraction of cracks based on k-means clustering; and marking all defect connected domains, analyzing geometricdimension characteristics of the connected domains to form a connected domain characteristic space, and realizing accurate extraction of underwater culvert inner wall image defects based on Gaussian mixture model soft clustering. According to the method, accurate extraction of the underwater culvert inner wall image defects is achieved through the visual inspection method, detection is rapid and free of damage, and maintenance of the underwater culvert is more economical and reasonable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of defect detection of underwater structures, and in particular relates to a visual detection method for image defects of the inner wall of an underwater culvert. Background technique [0002] Underwater culverts play a very important role in transportation, flood drainage and irrigation, and are of great significance in regulating the temporal and spatial distribution of water resources and building a disaster prevention and mitigation system. Affected by the geological environment, water flow impact, self-aging, etc., defects such as cracks or holes will inevitably occur on the inner wall of the culvert. The damage of culverts will pose a serious threat to the normal and safe operation of highway bridges. How to accurately and quickly detect the inner wall defects of underwater culverts is an important measure to ensure the safety of highway bridges and other facilities and extend their safe operation. If problems...
