Abstract

A rotating joint is connected between the coupling and the brush rod further. A liquid inlet opening used for inletting cleaning fluid is formed in the rotating joint. The brush rod and an output shaft which is on the rotating joint and connected with the brush rod are hollow, and the inner cavities of the brushrod and the output shaft form a channel of the cleaning fluid. A liquid outlet opening used for squirting the cleaning fluid is formed in the brush rod. According to the cleaning device, the crystallizer copper pipe inner wall is cleaned automatically, roundly and mechanically. The brushing method can be a dip-type or spray-type. The reverse etching process of a conventional cleaning method is canceled.
