Abstract

The invention provides a high-precision fluid dynamic pressure sliding bearing comprehensive performance test platform which takes a rack as a carrier, a transmission mechanism in the rack drives a main shaft arranged in an elastic suspension member to rotate by a driving device, the elastic suspension member provides floating support for the main shaft, and the exposed right shaft end of the mainshaft is coaxially connected with a test shaft through an expansion sleeve; a loading mechanism acts on a bearing seat of a first bearing supporting the right side of the main shaft through an air cylinder borne by a crossed roller workbench, and applies radial loading force to the main shaft. The test mechanism is integrally borne on a movable platform and comprises a sliding bearing to be tested, a three-axis force sensor, an air bearing and a static torque sensor, wherein the sliding bearing to be tested and the main shaft are coaxially assembled, the three-axis force sensor is used for measuring radial force of the sliding bearing to be tested, and the static torque sensor is used for measuring friction torque of the sliding bearing to be tested. All shaft sections of the test platform are reliable in connection and easy to disassemble and assemble, the test platform has important significance in researching all properties of the fluid dynamic pressure sliding bearing, and theoretical guidance can be provided for design, manufacturing and application of the sliding bearing.
