The invention provides a general command and control system with interoperability for a heterogeneous ground unmanned platform. The general command and control system comprises an unmanned platform discovery module, a mutual assistance module, a management module, a remote control driving module, an autonomous driving module, a state monitoring module and a reconnaissance monitoring module, the command and control system establishes connection with the controllable unmanned platform in the communication range through the unmanned platform discovery module, establishes a controllable unmanned platform resource list, and manages the operation condition of the connected unmanned platform by means of the management module; the mutual assistance module receives a control demand or help information; corresponding unmanned platforms are selected and controlled through a remote control driving module or an autonomous driving module, state information and reconnaissance result information of the unmanned platforms are obtained through a state monitoring module and a reconnaissance monitoring module, and command and control of the command and control system on all the heterogeneous unmannedplatforms and cooperative task requirements among all the heterogeneous unmanned platforms are met.
