The adjustable differential pressure flowmeter comprisesa fixing plate; a differential pressure transmitter and a flow display instrument are fixedly mounted at the top of the fixing plate; a self-adjusting pore plate mechanism is fixedly installed in thefixing plate; four connecting rods are fixedly connected to the left side of the fixing plate at equal intervals; the ends, away from the fixing plate, of the four connecting rods are fixedly connected with a two-phase detection mechanism; and the two-phase detection mechanism comprises a fixing ring piece, an electric heating ring, a vertical rod and a first contact type sensor. The two-phase detection mechanism is matched with the self-adjusting orifice plate mechanism, so that compared with a traditional flowmeter, the flowmeter of the invention can omit the step of analyzing the componentsof detected fluid, and can realize a detection function based on the flowmeter itself under the condition that normal flowing of the fluid is not affected, and an orifice plate can be correspondinglyadjusted according to a detection result.
