Abstract

The invention discloses a non-targeted lipidosome identification method for goat milk production places. The method comprises the following steps of: S1, collecting samples; S2, pre-treating the samples; S3, analyzing the lipid compositions of the samples to obtain lipid composition data; S4, performing multivariable statistical analysis processing on the obtained lipid composition data; S5, establishing a Fisher model to obtain the characteristic lipid compositions of the goat milk from different production places; S6, distinguishing the goat milk from different production places by utilizingthe difference lipid compositions. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, 15 lipid subclasses and 756 lipid molecules are identified in total, wherein five lipid subclasses and 51 lipid molecules have significant differences in different production places, goat milk production places established based on the potential indexes are gradually discriminated and analyzed, six lipid molecules are screened out, a discrimination model is established, and the initial and cross validation correct discrimination rates of the model are both 100%.
