Abstract

The method comprises the steps of obtaining the number of water qualitymonitoring points and the positions of all the water quality monitoring points; acquiring a plurality of pollution events; determining the pollutant monitoring time of each water quality monitoring point according to each pollution event; obtaining the number threshold of the water quality monitoring points; constructing a pipe network water quality monitoring point optimal arrangement model by taking the shortest pollutant monitoring time of the water quality monitoring points as a target, taking the number of the water quality monitoring points and the position of each water quality monitoring point as decision variables and taking the number threshold value of the water quality monitoring points as a constraint condition; and solving the model by adopting a Dijkstra algorithm, determining the number of optimal water quality monitoring points in the pipe network and the position of each optimal water quality monitoring point, and arranging the water quality monitoring points.
